Data Collection
We process account information for sign-in, payment information through our payment provider, and usage data to operate and improve PhotoPicker. Service providers process the information needed to provide these functions.
Photo Processing and Cleanup
Photos submitted for analysis are processed by our analysis provider. PhotoPicker does not save a copy of new uploads in its own photo storage. To make retries reliable, scores and feedback are temporarily retained with a request identifier and scheduled for deletion after seven days; there is no account photo gallery. Completed-request and payment records are retained to prevent duplicate charges and maintain your credit balance. Previous uploads remain subject to the existing automatic storage cleanup rules.
Usage and Abuse Prevention
We use a keyed hash of the connection IP address to enforce trial and request limits without storing the raw address in the allowance record. Trial records are scheduled for deletion after 31 days. Application logs have a 30-day retention period.
